Ever wondered what this "secret society"
REALLY does? Any Mason will be happy to explain that, and any
other questions you may have regarding the Fraternity
The Fort Worth Masonic Service Bureau,
Inc. is an organization that unites all the diverse views of
its members to the relative importance of the facets of
Freemasonry by acting as an efficient aid to promote service
and charity, which all true Masons agree is a laudable
undertaking. While others outside the fraternity seek
personal gain, we seek to serve our fellow man. The Masonic
Service Bureau exits to serve the brotherhood through the
collective efforts of the participant Lodges in the district
in order to become more effective as a charitable and
benevolent aid extension of the Lodges. Combined, it
provides those needs which no single Lodge or group of
Lodges could provide. The Bureau acts as a distributor for
Masonic relief and information for all Masonic families, and
assists in community projects.
The Bureau moves into the 21st century
with a sponsorship of general Masonic events in the area,
while supporting the efforts of The Grand Lodge of Texas.
Some of those events include Masonic funeral and memorial
services, providing health aids to the needy Brother or
Sister (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.), providing financial
support to the distressed and many others.
